The Indiana Foster Care and Adoption Association is an organization that represents Indiana's foster parents and adoptive parents.  IFCAA has a toll-free number ( 800-468-4228) for families to call if they have questions or need assistance.  IFCAA also has an electronic newsletter that is sent out to families (go to ifcaa.org to sign up).
