Helping Challenged Children, INC.  Helps challenged children adapt to life.  Many Health-care professionals have nominated gift recipient. Social workers at St Vincent Children's Hospital, Riley Children's Hospital and Wishard Hospital have nominated over 50% of their recipients.

Everyone involved in HCCI is a volunteer, Their operating cost are 5% of net revenue they generate leaving 95% of the donations to give back to the children of Indiana.

 The gift guidelines are as follows:

* The gift must be individual in nature (for only the challenged child only)

* There must be a proven need for the gift from a third party professional, health care worker, physical therapies, teacher, etc.

* The range of gifts are usually between $50 to $750

* There should be limited or no insurance or outside assistance available for the requested item(s)

Some examples of  prior gifts are:

* hearing aids and listening devices

* leg braces

* nebulizers and air filters

* therapy equipment

* adaptive tricycles

* wheelchairs and ramps
